Small Business

$35/hour

Evening Events

$50/hour

4-hour minimum · Friday and Saturday evenings +20%

  • Refundable deposit: $100 weeknights, $200 Friday and Saturday
  • Kitchen use $50 flat fee
  • Add-ons: coffee service, extra screens, hybrid package, kitchen

Bring in the people who can't be here.

All three monitors, HD webcam, conference speakerphone, microphone and speakers, with a pre-event tech check. Ideal for Zoom, Teams, or any hybrid meeting.

Coffee, three ways. Each covers ten guests.

Every tier covers up to 10 guests. Past ten, each additional guest pays only the small per-person rate, up to the room's 40.
